How long does it take for my money to reach its destination?

Most transfers happen the same day – it normally takes 1-3 working days to complete an international payment.

What countries can I send to?

We currently support transfers to Europe and Brazil. For more information, please contact us at help section.

What's the maximum amount I can send each year?

Each customer is allowed to send £12,000 every year, without a proof of income.

What documents are accepted as proof of income?

When you reach £12,000 within 365 days you need proof of income, which would be the source of the money you're planning to send. We accept the following documents:

  • 3 latest payslips
  • P60
  • Tax return or self-assessment
  • Loan agreements at the bank
  • Proof of sale of properties or vehicles

When do I need to renew my documents?

Usually, most of the proof of address documents are valid 6 months from the date of issue, except for those that come with the expiration date on the letter.

How can I renew my documents via the app?

In 3 easy steps:

  1. click on the 'Manager' icon
  2. click on 'My Details'
  3. choose the option 'My Documents'

I don't have a proof of address, what I do?

If you don't have a proof of address but have a valid passport, you can send up to £1000 (one thousand pounds) in total.
